The online learning format is delivered via our online portal and therefore not subject to delivery costs. The paper course format is only available to students based in the UK
Shipping fees are as follows:

Online Materials
Without prejudice to your rights mentioned under 4.9(a) In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from when you receive your course login details. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
You waive the right to cancel your course enrolment when over 25% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded, specifically ‘Printer Friendly Lesson Notes
Returns Policy
Study at Home Ltd packages all its courses with packing paper and we ensure they are delivered in first class condition. If you return your course it must be packed in the same way and the compression bar pressed tight so the inserts do not come out. If the course is damaged and unusable or returned without any kind of packing we reserve the right to charge a reprinting fee of £25.00.
Beauty Tribe Courses
We provide online training courses. The following right to cancel terms are set out in accordance with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 1 The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 permits consumer customers to cancel a contract after it is has been entered into subject to certain limitations and requirements. You have the right to cancel the contract at the end of 14 days, after the day the contract is entered in to, if you want to access the digital/online training within this period, you must give your express consent and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost by accessing the materials. You can do this by signing your Course Agreement in your Student Portal. 2 If you have the right to cancel then: 2.1 you will need to complete our cancellation of service form stating that you wish to cancel the contract between us and you; and 2.2 you will need to send us the notice of cancellation within the 14 period starting with the day after you receive our confirmation that there is a binding contract between you and us; 2.3 after we receive your notice of cancellation we will refund any monies due to you within 14 days.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
